This particular Sullivan’s Cove Double Cask is DC105. Distilled on 23 July 2008 and decanted on 29 Jun 2019. The double cask has evolved over time, for this release, it is made of French oak tawny (Australian port style wine) and American oak bourbon cask. One thing for sure, the quality of Sullivan’s Cove will remain at world standard! Enjoy!
